My Clematis burst into bloom this weekend. Just in time to dazzle our family and friends as we gathered for a Saturday afternoon BBQ. There are two varieties planted on the same trellis although the white one isn't quite open yet. Right now this one takes centre stage and I just have to share it with all of you.

Are they ever beautiful! Where was that one when we were shoping for a climber? I got a climbing gardenia - becasue it just happened to be in the right place a the right time. The colors of your clamatis are absolutely stunning!

Oh! I LOVE Clematises and yours is spectacular... make sure you post photos again when the white intermingles with the purple...
My Clemetis (a small flower variety) is almost finished blooming - I'm sad to see its flowering season end....
